n 1 L 53 No. 7 HALL COUNTY 1. That the said Parker Switzer died testate on March 15, 1937; that at the time of his death he was a resident of York County, Nebraska. 2. That the notice to probate will, the notice to creditors and the notice of final settlement have each been given according to law and the orders of this Court. 3• That all of the debts, claims and demands against said estate and all the expenses of administration have been paid in full. 4. That the petition of the Executor herein for settlement of his final account should be granted; that the final account of said Executor is correct in every respect and should be allowed and approved. 5 - That Ellen Switzer, widow; Edna Johnson, Floy Tracy, daughters; and Harry Switzer, son, are the only heirs at law of the deceased, and that each of said persons is of full legal age. 6. That there remains in the hands of the Executor herein for distribution the sum of $159.60, which should be distributed as follows: The entire sum of $159.60 to Ellen Switzer, the widow of the deceased, as this amount represents income from the real estate belonging to the deceased, at the time of his death. 7. That at the time of his death the deceased, was the owner of the following described real estate; Lot Seven (7) and South Half (S2) of Lot Eight (S) in Block Six (6) in Richards Addition to the Town of Bradshaw. West twenty (20) feet of the East forty -six (46) feet of Lots Twenty -three (23) and Twenty -four (24) in Block Ten (10) in the Toi =rn of Bradshaw: West Half of Northwest quarter (W2NW;,) of Section One (1), Township Ten (10) North, Range Four (4) West of the 6th P.M., all in York County, Nebraska; Fractional Lots Eight (S), Nine (9) and Ten (10) of Fractional Block Thirteen (13), of7Fairview Park Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, (his title appearing of record in the name of P.S.Switzer.) IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the account of Harry Switzer, Executor herein, be and the same is hereby allowed and approved; and that the residue as found in paragraph 6 herein be assigned to Ellen Switzer, widow of the deceased. That the real estate described in the 7th finding be and is hereby assigned according to law and the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the deceased as follows: A life estate in all of said real estate -o Ellen Switzer. West Twenty (20) feet of East Fpr% -six (46) feet of Lots Twenty -three (23) and Twenty -four (24) in Block Ten (10), in the Town of radshaw, York County, Nebraska, to Floy Tracy, subject, however, to the life estate of Ellen Switzer, therein. West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W2NW4 of Section One (1), Township Ten (10) North,Range Four (4) West of the 6th P.M., in York County, Nebraska; and Fractional Lots Eight (8) Nine (9) and Ten (10), of Fractional Block `thirteen (13) of Fairview Park Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska; to Harry Switzer, subject however, to the life estate of Ellen Switzer, therein. And whereas it appears by the records and proceedings of this Court that Harry Switzer, the Executor herein, has faithfully performed all things required of him as such Executor by law or the orders of this Court, and that he has assigned the residue above described to Ellen Switzer, as appears by .her receipt filed herein, and that said Executor has fully administered all of said estate that has come into his possession or-knowledge; it is therefore ordered that said Executor be and he is hereby discharged from his trust and his letters testamentary cancelled and annulled and his bonds- men released from further liability.
