<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard upon the petition of Helene Grosch on behalf of herself
<br />Frank G.Grosch, Meta Grosch Olsen and, Arthur Grosch, and after an examination of the files and
<br />witnesses and argument of consel, the Court finds that the final decree in this matter should be
<br />amended in accordance with the facts as of the 4th day of March, 1932;
<br />THE COURT FINDS AND IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that said Wilhelmine Rabe died
<br />seized of an undivided one -half interest in and to Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Thirty -
<br />four (34) in the Original Town now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that Helene
<br />Grosch, Frank G.Grosch, Meta Grosch and Arthur Grosch each were devised and under said will are
<br />entitled to an undivided one - eighth (�/9) interest in and to the whole of said Lots 7 and 9, that
<br />is to say: to Helene Grosch, to Frank G.Grosch to'geta Grosch (now Meta Grosch Olsen) and to Arthur
<br />Grosch, there is devised, to each of them, an undivided one - eighth interest in and to said Lots 7
<br />and 8 in Block 34 in fee simple and to their respective heirs and assigns forever.
