<br />NOW on this 28th day of November, 1931, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report of
<br />Henry W.Potter, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Wilhelmine Rabe, deceased, and upon his
<br />petition for the approval and allowance of said report, the settlement of said estate and his dis-
<br />charge herein, and the Court having examined the records and files herein, and being fully advised
<br />in the premises, finds that Anna Guendel, Helene Grosch, Frank G.Grosch; Meta Grosch and Arthur
<br />Grosch, same being all the legatees and devisees named in said Last Will and Testament, and the
<br />only parties interested in said estate, have filed herein their written approval of said Final
<br />Report, thereby waiving publication of notice of hearing thereon, and no one appearing to object
<br />to said report, and the Court hawing examined said report, together with the vouchers on file, finds
<br />that said report is true and correct in all things and should be approved and allowed as and for
<br />said Executor's Final Report, said estate settled and closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased, and that all persons
<br />having claims against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there
<br />be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against
<br />said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said Wilhelmine Rabe:,departed this life on the 18th day of March, 1928,
<br />being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she left
<br />a..Last Will and Testament, which instrument was duly proved and admitted to probate in this Court
<br />as provided by lar, and that said deceased left surviving her as her sole and only heirs -at -law,
<br />and only persons interested It said estate, the following named persons interested in said estate,
<br />the following named persons: Anna Guendel, a daughter, Helene Grosch, a daughter, and Frank G.
<br />Grosch, Meta Grosch and Arthur Grosch, children of the said Helene Grosch, and grand - children of
<br />said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Wilhelmine nabe died the owner of an estate situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, consisting entirely of personal property, of the value of $6942.37, which were
<br />all the assets that came into the possession of said Executor as shown by said final report, and
<br />after the payment of $100.00 to the City of Grand Island for the perpetual upkeep of burial lot,
<br />$25,00 special bequest to Anna Guendel daughter, funeral expenses, attorneys' fees, executor's fees,
<br />and all the other debts of the deceased, there remained in the hands of said Executor a balance of
<br />$5,032.08, which said Executor distributed to Helene Grosch, and to her children, Frank G.Grosch,
<br />Meta Grosch and Arthur Grosch, share and share alike, pursuant to the terms of the residuary clause
<br />of said Last Will and Testament.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to the payment of any Inheritance Tax
<br />under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to the payment of any Federal Estate Tax under the laws
<br />of the United States.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Henry W.Potter, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Wilhelmine Rabe, deceased, be and the
<br />same hereby is approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of said Executor, said estate is
<br />hereby settled and closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FARTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND.DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded from
