1 1 Fj rl L� i I R that I have compared the foregoing copy of authenticated copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree, IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF KENNETH MCDONALD, Decease., with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law. Estate of Emma Hall, ) Deceased. ) Now on this 22" da.r of December, 19371 this cause carne on to be heard upon the Final Report of John D.Hall, Administrator of the estate of Emma Hall, Deceased, and the court, after having examined the records and files in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given of the filing of said report and the time and place fixed for hearing thereon, and that no object- ions have been filed thereto. The court furt'ner finds that said Administrator has accounted for all the property of the deceased which has come into his possession; that,the expenses of last illness, funeral expenses, court costs, attorney fees and other expenses of administration have been paid in full. The court further finds that there has been one claim filed in the estate which has been paid s in full, and that the time fixed for filing claims has long since elapsed; that due notice has been given in the manner and form provided by law to all creditors to file their claims. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all claims not now on file in this estate be and the same are hereby forever barred. The court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax, either Federal or State. The Court further finds that said Emma Hall died intestate a resident of Grand Island and Hall County, Nebraska, and was at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 2, 10,37; that she was a widow at the time of her death and that her sole and only heirs at law are her three sons, to -wit: Jesse Hall, Burt B.Hall and John D.Hall, all of whom are of lawful age. The court further finds that said Emma Hall was at the time of her death the owner of the follow- ing described real estate, to -wit: Fractional Lot Ten (10) of Cedar Park Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that said Emma Hall died intestate a resident of Grand Islarid,Ha.11 County, Nebraska, on July 21 1937; that her sole and only heirs at • law are her three sons, Jesse Hall, Burt B.Hall and John D.Hall, and that she left /I surviving no husband; that the real estate of which she died possessed, to -wit, Fractional Lot 10 of Cedar Park Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, did. on the death of the said Emma Hall pass and descend to John D.Ha.11, Burt B.Hall and Jesse Hall, share and share alike, and the same is hereby set off unto them. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED bbl the Court that the said John D.Hall be and he is hereby discharged as Administrator and his bondsman release- and this estate finally closed.
