<br />The Court further finds that the Executrix has accounted for all the money and property .which has

<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the said Signe Michelson be and
<br />she is hereby discharged as Executrix and her bondsman released.
<br />IT IS Ft?RTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate hereinbefore described
<br />be and the same is hereby set off in accordance with the terms of the last Will and Testament of

<br />foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament, Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree, IN THE
<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTOPHER MICHELSON, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now
<br />remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached;
<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation
<br />is in due form of law.

<br />Now on this 10th day of November, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the report and request
<br />of the Administrator for determination of heirship in this case, and the court, after having examined
<br />the records and files, finds that due and legal notice of the filing of said request for determin-
<br />ation of heirship has been given in the manner and form provided by lava, and there being no objec-
<br />tions thereto, the court finds that said request for determination of heirship should be granted.
<br />The Court further finds that George Gingherick is one and the same person as George *M.Gingherick;
<br />tliat he died on the 16th day of 14irch, 1936, and was at the time of his death a resident of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; that he was the ovmer at the time of his death of the following described prop-
<br />erty, to -wit: The Northerly 54 feet of Lot Five (5) in Block Fifteen (15) of H.G.Clark's Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, being a tract of ground having a Northerly frontage of 52.E
<br />feet on Eighth Street in said City and a depth of 54 feet.
<br />The Court further finds that he left him surviving as his sole and only heirs at law the follo -ing
<br />named children, to-wit:
<br />Jeannette Sandoz,
<br />Prudence Augustine
<br />Mildred E.Gingherick, and
<br />Camp Harvey Gingherick
<br />That he left no r7idow him surviving, nor are there any children, the issue of any deceased child
<br />or children. ,
