<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do her- -by certify that on the
<br />26th day of July 1935, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Christopher
<br />Michelson, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 21st day of August 1935,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was d-ly proved, probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Christopher Michelson, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 10th day of November) 1937, tills cause came on to bd heard upon the Final Report of
<br />Signe Michelson, Executrix under the last Will and Testament of Christopher Michelson, deceased,
<br />and there being no objections thereto, and the court, after having examined the records and files
<br />in this case, finds that due and legal notice has been given of said Final Report;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AlD DECREED by the Court that said Final Report be and the same
<br />is hereby approved by the court.
<br />And it appearing to the court that notice of the time for filing claims has been given as provided
<br />by law, a.nd that the time has long since elapsed when claims may be filed, and that no claims
<br />have been filed in this action:
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims not on file in this action be and
<br />the same are hereby forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Harold William Nichelson named in Item (3) of the last Will and Testa-
<br />went of Christopher Michelson, predeceased the said Christopher Michelson; that he left no issue
<br />him surviving; that his mother died long previous to the death of the said Harold William Michelson,
<br />and that his sole and only heir at the time of the death of the said Harold William Michelson,
<br />was his father, the said Christopher Michelson.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate
<br />Tax.
<br />The Court further finds that the legacies of $100.00 each to Dena Irene Michelson, who is now
<br />Dena Irene Jones, Albert W.Hendrickson, and Irene A.Hendrickson, now Irene A.Awe, have been paid
<br />in full and receipts filed therefor.
<br />The Court further finds that the court costs and expenses of administering said estate have been
<br />paid in full.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Christopher Michelson died on July 19, 1935 at his residence
<br />in Hall Uounty, Nebraska, and was at the time of his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that he owned at the time of his death the foil-owing described real estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot Seven (7),Block Four (4) of the Original Town, now City
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The Southerly 59 feet of Lot One (1) in Block Five (5) of the Original Town, now City of Grand
<br />Island,Hall Counter, Nebraska;
<br />The Northerly 73 feet of Lot One (1) in Block Five (5) of the Original Town, now City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the Northerly 73 feet of Lot 1, in Block 5 of the Original Town,
<br />now City, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, was the homestead of the said Christopher
<br />hilichelson and his widow, Signe llIichelson, at the time of the death of the said Christopher Michelson,
