<br />of Hattie L.Ring, Deceased.
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 10th day of November, A.D., 1937, it being the day fixed for approving
<br />the administrator's final account and hearing on his petition for distribution and assignment of
<br />the residue of said estate, and decree of heirship, and it appearing from proofs on file that due
<br />notice was given by publication of the time and place heretofore fixed for said hearing, and the
<br />evidence, and the court being fully advised in the premises, finds:
<br />1. That Hattie L.Ring died intestate on the 13th day of March, A.D., 1937, a resident of Hall
<br />County, Nebfaska, and left surviving her the following named children, to -wit: Rosa J.Jacobs,
<br />302 North 20th Street, Billings, Montana, a daughter, Emma G.Sallinger, Niangua, Missouri, a
<br />daughter, Byron S.Ring, fountain Home, Arkansas, a son, Grace L.Hamilton, 418 West 8th Street,
<br />Grand Island,Nebrasya, a daughter, Theodore L.Ring, R.F.D. #1, Grand Island,Nebraska, a son,
<br />David J.Ring, 1502 North Kruse Street, Grand Island,Nebraska, a son, and Ernest W.Ring, Thedford,
<br />Nebraska, &,sort, all of legal age; that she left no husband or other living children, or the living
<br />issue of any deceased childrefi, and that the above named children are the sole and only heirs of
<br />her estate, and. the only persons interested therein.
<br />2. That on the 2nd day of April A.D., 1937, H.G.Wellensiek was duly appointed administrator of
<br />said estate, qualified as such and has been acting in said capacity ever since.
