<br />MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM A.FITCHHOR112 DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now re-
<br />nalning in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached;
<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Frederick Hilmer, Deceased. )
<br />Now, on this 27" day of October, 1937, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Lena /
<br />Hilmer, Administratrix. f
<br />The Court finds that petition for letters of administration was filed herein on or about the 8th
<br />day of April, 1937, that legal notice was given to all persons interested in said estate of the
<br />time and place fixed for hearing upon said petition. No objections being filed, the said Lena
<br />Hilmer was appointed administratrox and qualified as such; that thereafter time was fixed for
<br />filing claims, and due and legal notice given thereof, and that no claims were filed herein.
<br />The Court finds that said final report is true and correct and ought to be approved and allowed
<br />as and for the final report of said administra.trix.
<br />The Court further finds that said Frederick Hilmer died on the 24th day of March, 19372 that he
<br />was a resident of Ball County, Nebraska, and possessed real estate in said county and state of the
<br />value of $4500.00.
<br />The Court further finds that the deceased left surviving him, as his sole and only heirs at law,
<br />the following:
<br />Lena Hilmer, surviving widow, Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />Henry Hilmer, a son, aged 54 years,
<br />William Hilmer, a son, .aged 52 years,
<br />Fred A.Hilmer, a son, aged 49 years,
<br />Alice Dau, a daughter, aged 47years,
<br />Elmer Hilmer, a son, aged 45 years,
<br />Edward Hilmer, a son, aged 35 years,
<br />The Court further finds that there was no inheritance tax due, and that the time for filing claims
<br />has expired.
<br />The Court further finds that said Frederick-Hilmer was the owner of the following described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Four (4) in Windolph's Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the expenses of administration have been paid.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT, that the final report of Lena Hilmer,
<br />administratrix, be and the same is hereby,approved and allowed as her final report, and said estate
