<br />Upon her oath, deposes and says,. that the annexed writing contains the true last Will and Testament
<br />of William A.Fitchhorn, the testator therein named, so far as she knows, and as she verily believes;
<br />that she will, as.executrix thereof, well and truly perform the same by paying first the debts of
<br />said testator, and then the.legaeles therein specified, so far as the goods, chattels and credits
<br />of deceased will thereunto extend; that she will make and exhibit into the Surrogate's office of
<br />the County of Salem, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular.the goods, chattele,credits
<br />of the said deceased, that have or shall come to her knowledge or possession, or to the possession
<br />of any other person for her use, and that she will render a just and. true account, when thereunto
<br />lawfully required; and also to diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the
<br />provisions of the Act relating to Collateral Inheritance.

<br />On reading and filing the petition of Abbiebelle Fitchhorn, for probate of the last Will and testa-
<br />ment of William A.Fitchhorn, deceased, bearing date the twenty-eighth day of September, 1934, and
<br />for Letters Testamentary thereon, and the Surrogate having inquired into the circumstandes and
<br />taken proof, and being satisfied of the genuineness of the Will produced, the validity of its
<br />execution and the competency of the testator and it further appearing that the said testator died
<br />more than ten days ago, and that no caveat has been filed against the probate of said will:
<br />It is on this sixteenth day of July, A.D., 1936) ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the instrument offered
<br />for probate in this matter be and the same hereby is established as the last Will and Testament
<br />of William A.Fitchhorn, deceased, and that the same be and hereby is admitted to probate.
<br />And it is further ordered that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to Abbiebelle Fitchhorn, the
<br />executrix named in said Will upon her duly qualifying as such.

<br />tration of the estate of the Testator agreeably to the said will.
