<br />being duly sworn according to law, upon his oath, deposes and says, that he saw, William A.Fitchhorn
<br />the said testator sign and seal the said annexed writing and heard him publish,pronounce and declare
<br />the same to be his last Will and Testament.
<br />Deponent further say.., that at the time of the doing thereof, the said testator was over the age
<br />of twenty -one years, of sound and disposing mind and memory and not under any restraint, so far as
<br />this denornnt knows and as he verily believes; and that W.T.Hilliard,3rd, the other subscribing
<br />witness to the said will was present at the same time, with deponent when the said will was signed,
<br />by the said testator and by him published, and declared as and for his last will and testament as
<br />aforesaid and that the said William T.Hilliard,3rd, and deponent both subscribed their names to
<br />the said will as witnesses at the request of and in the presence of the said testator and in the
<br />presence of each other.
