<br />seized of certain real estate as hereinabove described;that his estate has been admitted to probate
<br />and that the administration thereof has not been completed;that all claims and demands allowed
<br />against said estate have been paid and those not duly filed or allowed are forever barred.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all of the real property of which the said Bern-
<br />hard August Niemoth died seized of and belonging to him,which real estate is hereinabove describ-
<br />ed,passed and descended to the sole and only heirs -at -law of the said Bernhard August Niemoth,
<br />deceased,in accordance with the Laws of the State of Nebraska pertaining to descent and distributitn,
<br />viz; William Niemoth,Louisa Lamm,Edward Niemoth,Herman Niemoth,Joe Niemoth,Christ Niemoth and
<br />Emma Gosda,share and share alike,and award thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF
<br />THE ESTATE OF ) FINAL DECREE.
<br />WILLIAM A.FITCHHORN, deceased.
<br />This matter coming on this day to be heard on the final report of the executrix Abbiebelle Fitch-
<br />horn, there being present Arthur C.Mayer, attorney for this estate, and from an examination of the
<br />files the Court finds that upon the filing of said report on the 29th day of September, 1937, an
<br />order was made on the 4th day of October, 1937, and duly published according to law in the Grand
<br />Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper printed and circulated in said Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />that a hearing on said report would be had at my office on the 27th day of October, 1937, at 10
<br />o'clock A.M.; that on said date no objections had been filed and no person appeared to oppose
<br />the adoption and approval of said final report and upon examination of said report, the Court finds
<br />the same to be correct and should be approved and that the executrix has paid all claims, court
<br />costs and fees in said estate and that the estate is indebted to the said Abbiebelle Fitchhorn
<br />in the amount of $667.64 for money advanced in the payment of expense of last illness, funeral
<br />expenses, railroad fair,maintenance of widow.,, grave marker and taxes.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND DECREED that said report be accepted, adopted and approved as the final
<br />report of the executors herein, and that she be discharged from further acting in that capacity
<br />and that there is due the said Abbiebelle Fitchhorn, the amount of $667.6+ from said estate, for
<br />which she has a lien upon the real estate, a part of said estate, to -wit:
