<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now on this 6th day of October, 19372 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of J.L.
<br />Cleary, Administrator of the estate of James W.Garnette, deceased, and it appearing to the Court
<br />that notice of the filing of said report and of the time and place fixed for final hearing thereon
<br />had been given to all persons interested, by publication, as required by law and by order of this
<br />court, and it further appearing to the court after a full examination that the account exhibited by
<br />said Administrator is correct in all things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further
<br />appearing that said Administrator has accounted for all of said estate which has come into his hands.
<br />It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said J.L.Cleary, Administrator
<br />of the estate of James W.Garnette, deceased, be and the same is approved as and for his Final Report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said de-
<br />ceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed
<br />against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said deceased
<br />and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all outstanding claims
<br />against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said James W.Garnette,
<br />deceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Administrator received in cash from all sources the sum of $55.12;
<br />that the disbursements, including court costs, resery &d;fdr '_-recording final decree, and attorneys
<br />fees all in the sum of $2+0.50 have been paid, and that the excess of disbursements over receipts
<br />were paid by interested persons and no claim is herein made for the excess of disbursements over
<br />receipts.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any Federal Estate Tax or to any State Inheritance
<br />Tax,
<br />The Court finds that the said James W.Garnette departed this life at his home in .0arfield, Whitman
<br />County, California, on the 9th day of November, 1936, and that he died intestate.
<br />That the said James W.Gernette, deceased, left surviving him as his heirs at law, and the only heirs
<br />at law, the following named persons:
<br />James Lloyd Garnette, a son, of 1366- 14th Ave., San Francisco, California.
<br />Alee Cormana, a daughter, of Harrington, Washington,'
<br />Lucille Miller, a daughter, of Los Angeles, California
<br />Kathleen Garnette, a daughter, Box 484, Toppenish, Washington.
<br />The Court finds that said James W.Garnette died, seized as the owner in fee simple, of the following
<br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />The Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 9, Range 9, West 6th P.M. in said Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />That under the law of descent in the state of Nebraska the said above described real estate did pass
<br />and descend at the death of the said James W.Garnette, deceased, in the manner following:
<br />To James Lloyd Garnette, Alee Cormana, Lucille Miller and Kathleen Garnette, each a one - fourth
<br />part, absolutely, as tenants in common.
<br />It is, therefore, considered and adjudged by the Court that the said Northeast quarter of Section
<br />35, Township 9, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend on the
<br />death of the said James W.Garnette to James Lloyd Garnette, Alee Cormana, Lucille Miller and Kathleen
<br />Garnette, share and share alike, each taking an undivided one - fourth interest therein, and all talking
<br />as tenants in common. By the Court
