<br />The Court further finds that the heirs at law and the only heirs at law of the said Henry Obermeier
<br />are as follows,to -wit:
<br />Maria Obermeier,his widow,of Giltner,Nebr...
<br />F.William Obermeier,son,of Giltner,Nebr.
<br />Martha L.Bookbrader,formerly Martha L.Obermeier, daughter,of Grover,Colorado.
<br />Henry A.Obermeier,son,of Giltner,Nebr.
<br />Edward R.Obermeier,son,of Giltner,Nebr.
<br />Frieda Sundergeier (formerly Frieda Obermeier), daughter,of Phillips,Nebr.
<br />Bernhardt Oberraeier,son,of Giltner,Nebr.
<br />Carl H.Ob ermeier,son,of Giltner,Nebr.
<br />The court further finds that under the law of the State of Nebraska,one -third of said real estate
<br />and one -third of all the value of the personal property descended to Maria Obermeier,widow,and
<br />the remaining two - thirds belongs equally to F.William Obermeier,Martha L.Bockbrader,Henry A.
<br />Obermeier,Edward R.Obermeier,Frieda Sundermeier,Bernhardt Obermeier and Carl H.Obermeier,in equal
<br />shares of one - seventh part to each of said heirs,subject to the widow's one -third interest therein,
<br />and the same is so adjudged and decreed,and the rights of the respective heirs therein is so
<br />determined,and said personal property is so set aside,and said real estate is so assigned to each
<br />of said reppective heirs in parts as above set forth.
<br />The Court further finds that said heirs,in order to effectuate a settlement of said estate have
<br />entered into an agreement in wr iting,a copy of which has been filed in this court, whereby and
<br />by the terms thereof,it is agreed that said heirs shall each receive said parts of said real
<br />estate,and the court,upon consideration of the same,doth approve said settlement.
<br />The Court further finds that Uere are no further unpaid claims or legacies due from said estate;
<br />that all claims and legacies filed against the same have been fully paid. The Court further finds
<br />that there is no State Inheritance tax "or Federal estate tax,IL this estate.
<br />It is,therefore,ordered,adjudged and aecreed by the Court that the administration of said estate
<br />is hereby declared to be settled and determined,and the Administrator,Frederick William Obermeier,
<br />is hereby discharged from his trust,and his bond released.
