<br />of Nebraska,the real estate: Lots 7 and 9 in Block 2,in First Addition to Cairo;Lots 3,4,5,6,7,
<br />and 8,in Block 3,in Fifth Addition to the Town of Cairo;Lots 15 and 16 in Block 2 in Fifth Add-

<br />Henry Obermeier,Deceased
<br />Now on this 5th day of October ,A.D.,1937,at a regular session of the County Court held in and for
<br />the County of Hamilton and State of Nebraska,this cause came on to be heard upon the Final Report
<br />of Frederick William Obermeier,Administrator of the Estate of Henry Obermeier,deceased,and the
<br />Court,after listening to the evidence and being fully advised in the premises,and upon examining
<br />the papers,receipts,f ilea and records in this case,finds: That due and legal notice has been given
<br />as provided by law of the filing of the Final Report by the said F.William Obermeier,Adrrdnistrator
<br />of said estate,and the court finds that said report is in due form and is correct and accurate in
<br />all respects,and the supplemental report which has been filed thereto has been considered by the
<br />Court and duly approved in all respects.
<br />It is further found by the court that all claims against said estate have been fully paid and all
<br />the costs of administration have been paid and said estate should be closed and said Administrator
<br />discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that said Henry Obermeier,deceased,at the time of his death was the owner
<br />of a large amount of real estate,to -wit:
<br />(1) The Northwest Quarter (Nwj) of Section 3,Township 9,North,of Range 8,Nest of the 6th P.M. ,in
<br />Hamilton County,Nebraska;
<br />(2) The Northeast Quarter (N*) of section 3,Township 9,North,Range 9 ;West of the 6th P.M.,in
<br />Hamilton County,Nebraska.
