<br />In the matter of the estate

<br />John T.Koch,Deceased.
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.

<br />This cause came on for hearing upon the final report of the administrator,the Court,having exam-
<br />ined said report and supplemental report and the records and files,finds that due and legal notice
<br />was given to all persons interested in the estate of John T.Koch,deceased,of the time and place
<br />fixed for hearing upon said report.
<br />The Court further finds that said report and supplemental report are true and correct in all
<br />things and ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of Lloyd Koch,administrator.
<br />The Court finds that John T.Koch died on the 18th day of May,19291and was at that time a resident
<br />and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska;that a petition was filed for the appointment of an admin-
<br />istrator and Lloyd Koch was appointed and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was insolvent and that said administrator has paid such
<br />claims as the assets permitted and as ordered by the Court.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for filing
<br />claims against said estate,that the time fixed has fully expired,and all persons having claims
<br />against the estate of John T.Koch,deceased,if any such there be,and not filed herein,are forever
<br />barred from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said John T.Koch left surviving him,as his sole and only heirs at
<br />law the following named persons:
<br />Anna L.Koch,widow,
<br />Henry A.Koch,a son,
<br />Vallie C.Koeh,a son,
<br />Flossie B.Shoopman,a daughter,and
<br />Lloyd ".Koch, a son,
<br />all of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that said John T.Koch at the time of his death was the owner of the foll-
<br />owing described real estate:
<br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Two (2) in First Addition to Cairo, Lots Three (3),Four (4)2
<br />Five (5),Six (6),Seven (7) and Eight (9) in Block Three (3) in Fifth Addition to the Town of Cairo,
<br />Lots Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16) in Block Two (2) in Fifth Addition to Cairo,Lot Four (4) in
<br />Block Min Third Addition to the Village of Cairo,all in Hall County,state of Nebraska.
<br />That Lots 15 and 16 in Block 2 in Fifth Addition to the Town of Cairo,were incumbered by a mort-
<br />gage dated March 21,1929,in the amount of $800.00,to Ethel Burry,and that said mortgage Was assign-
<br />ed by her to Joe Quaring on the 25th day of February,1930;that said mortgage was in default and
<br />that there was no equity in said premises, and that said heirs at law deeded said premises to Joe
<br />Quar ing in settlement of said mortgage and interest.
<br />IT IS,THEREFORE,ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Lloyd Koch,
<br />administrator of the estate of John T.Koch,deceased,be,and the same is hereby approved and allow-
<br />ed as and for his final report,and said administrator is hereby discharged and his bond released,
<br />and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />the estate of John T.Koch,deceased,if any such there be,are forever barred and enjoined and precludbd
<br />from setting up or asserting such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the aforesaid real estate,except the real estate conveyed to
<br />Joe Quaring,was sold under the order of the District Court of Hall County,Nebraska,at administratoe g
