<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I. Leopold Spethmann of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my Last Win
<br />and Testament:
<br />FIRST: I desire that all my just debts, the expenses of my last sickness and funeral, and the
<br />costs of the administration of my estate be paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND: All the rest and residue of my estate, of whatsoever nature and wheresoever found, I give,
<br />devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Rosa Spethmann, to be hers absolutely.
<br />THIRD : I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife, Rosa Spethmann, sole executrix of this my Last
<br />Will and Testament, and I desire that she be not required to give surety on her bond as such
<br />executrix.
<br />Dated at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 3rd day of June, A.D. 1913-

<br />I, J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />9th day of July 1924, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Leopold
<br />Spethmann, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 2nd day of August, 1924,
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Leopold Spethmann, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now, on this 25th day of May, 1925, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report and
<br />account of Rosa Spethman, executrix of the estate of Leopold Spethman, deceased; the court finds
<br />from the proofs on file herein that legal notice, as by law and the orders of this court required,
<br />has been given to all persons interested, of the filing of said report and the time and place of
<br />hearing thereon and that no objections have been filed thereto. The Court further finds from the
<br />proofs on file herein that notice, as required by law and in accordance with the orders of the
<br />court herein, was given to all creditors of said deceased of the time allowed and place appointed
<br />1,
<br />for filing claims against his estate; that all claims and debts of deceased or against his estate
<br />have been fully paid and satisfied and that no claims have been filed against said estate and that
<br />all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed as required, if any there be, are forever
<br />barred.
<br />The court further finds that the deceased died testate, seized in fee simple at the time of his
<br />
