Rec. 34, page 359 -390. <br />OF ) <br />+ <br />LEOPOLD SPETHM1AN, DECEASED. ) FINAL DECREE. <br />Now, on this 25th day of May, 1925, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report and <br />account of Rosa Spethman, executrix of the estate of Leopold Spethman, deceased; the court finds <br />from the proofs on file herein that legal notice, as by law and the orders of this court required, <br />has been given to all persons interested, of the filing of said report and the time and place of <br />hearing thereon and that no objections have been filed thereto. The Court further finds from the <br />proofs on file herein that notice, as required by law and in accordance with the orders of the <br />court herein, was given to all creditors of said deceased of the time allowed and place appointed <br />1, <br />for filing claims against his estate; that all claims and debts of deceased or against his estate <br />have been fully paid and satisfied and that no claims have been filed against said estate and that <br />all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed as required, if any there be, are forever <br />barred. <br />The court further finds that the deceased died testate, seized in fee simple at the time of his <br />
