<br />Now on this 15th day of September, 1937, this cause came on to be heard upon the pleadings and the
<br />evidence and was submitted to the Court, on consideration whereof the Court finds that due and -
<br />legal notice of these proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said cause, both
<br />creditors and heirs, as required by law; that all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said petition are true; that said 011iver D.Wright died intestate, a resident of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 9th day of October, 1934, seized and possessed at the time of his death of the
<br />following described real estate, -to -wit: Lot One (1) in Block Sixteen (16) in Arnold and Abbott's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The Court further finds that no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the appoint-
<br />ment of an administrator of the estate of said deceased; that his heirs at law and only heirs at
<br />law are his widow, Evelen Grace Wright, and his childre n, Marjorie Wright and Mary Isabel Montgomery;
<br />and the Court hereby finds and determines that said widow and children are the sole aril only heirs
<br />at law of the said 011iver D.Wright, deceased, and that said real estate hereinbefore described
<br />descended by operation of law at the time of said decedent' death as follows: an undivided (1/3)
<br />Interest to Evelen Grace Wright, an undivided one -third 11 %s3)
<br />Interest to Marjorie Wright and an undivided one -third (1/3) interest to Mary Isabel Montgomery,
<br />all of said interests subject, however, to a life estate in favor of said Evelen Grace Wright for
<br />and during her natural lifetime, said real estate having been at the time of the death of said
<br />011iver D.Wright, the homestead of said 011iver D.Wright and said Evelen Grace Wright, his widow.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED 1.>y the Court that the real estate above described be and
<br />the same hereby is assigned to the said Evelen Grace Wright, Marjorie Wright and Mary Isabel
<br />Montgomery, an undivided one -third (1/3) interest therein to each of then, subject, however, to
<br />a life estate in and to said premises in favor of said Evelen Grace Wright for and during the term
<br />of her natural life.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against the estate
<br />of said deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be and the same
<br />hereby are forever barred.

<br />that I have compared the foregoing copy of Decree of Heirship in the matter of the Estate of 011iver
<br />D.Wright, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court , that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authori zed to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of
<br />said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
