<br />October 1, 1936, and bearing interest at 9% per annum from maturity.

<br />2, as per map recorded in Book 11, Page 69 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder, of Los
<br />Angeles Count`, California (Signal Hill). This includes 10/260 oil royalty disbursed through Trust
<br />499 Western Trust & Savings Bank.
<br />IT IS FARTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that each of the above items shall include any accrued
<br />and unpaid interest at the date of distribution hereunder; and that each parcel of real property
<br />shall be taken subject to any unpaid taxes and /or assessments thereon at the date of distribution
<br />hereunder;
<br />IT IS KTRTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Farmers and Merchants Trust Company of Long
<br />Beach, a corporation, as Depositary herein, siiall distribute so much of said estate as is in its
<br />hands in accordance with this Decree of Partial Distribution; and that said Depositary shall pay
<br />to raid Administratrix the ordinary fees heretofore allowed her by order of this Court; and that
<br />said Depositary shall pay over to said Administratrix all surplus moneys in its hands;
<br />IT IS FTIRTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the family allowance to Ida Schulz as widow of
<br />said decedent, be, and the same is hereby,terminated;
<br />IT IS FT?RTITER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said A&iinistratrix' bond be reduced to the
<br />sum of $10,000.00, surety company.
