<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said Administratrix has not sufficient funds in her hands with which
<br />to pay the $1,500.00 heretofore allowed her on account of her ordinary fees; and that the'Der_ositary
<br />has sufficient funds to make distribution as herein ordered and to pay said fees;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Second Account Current and report of the
<br />Administratrix ire, and the same is hereby settled, allowed and approved;
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that distribution of-the following described property
<br />and of the sum of $40,000.00 cash, be made in accordance with said Agreement of Distribution, as

<br />2. An unsecured promissory note, dated August 16th, 1932, made to the order of William Schulz,Jr.
<br />by L.A.BERG AiTD MRS. A.BERG, in the principal sum of $642.00, said note being due August 16th
<br />1933, bearing interest at the rate of 7% per a mum from August 16, 1933, at a valuation of
<br />$321.00.
<br />3. Promissory note dated September 3rd, 1935, made to the order of William Schulz Jr., by G.M.
<br />Berg, in the principal sum of $x,055.00, said note being due September 3rd, 1936, and bearing
<br />interest at 6% per annum at maturity of note, said note being unsecured. At a valuation of
<br />$1,055.00.

<br />order of William Schulz,Jr., by MURRAY WOLBACH, EDWIN J.WOLBACH and I.R.ALTER, in the prin-
<br />cipal sum of $5,000.00, with interest at the rate of 6% from September 11, 19351 payable
<br />semi- annually; said note being ue September 11, 1939, secured by mortgage recorded October
<br />10, 1934, in Book 70, Page 334, records of Hall County, Nebraska, covering:
<br />The Northwest quarter of Sec. 13, Twp. 11, Range 11, Hall County, Nebraska, at a valuation
<br />of $2,500.00
