<br />D. Note dated April 20, 1936, in the principal sum of $2,600.00,due 3 years after date, made by
<br />Comer J.Hyman, and Emogene C.Hymen, secured by trust deed to Farmers and Merchants Trust Company
<br />of Long Beach, recorded May 27, 1936, in Book 14184, Page 95 of the Official Records of Los
<br />Angeles County, California, covering Lot 29, of the North half of the Roosevelt Tract in the
<br />City of Long Beach, in said County.
<br />E. Contract for the aale of real property, covering the W.2 of Lot 5 and Lot 6, Block 8, of the
<br />Town of Ontario, City of Ontario, County of San Bernardino, State of California.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that said Administratrix has not sufficient funds in her hands with which
<br />to pay the $1,500.00 heretofore allowed her on account of her ordinary fees; and that the'Der_ositary
<br />has sufficient funds to make distribution as herein ordered and to pay said fees;
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Second Account Current and report of the
<br />Administratrix ire, and the same is hereby settled, allowed and approved;
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that distribution of-the following described property
<br />and of the sum of $40,000.00 cash, be made in accordance with said Agreement of Distribution, as
<br />follows, to -wit:
<br />A. TO THEODORE F. S'CHUL�,SON:
<br />1. Lot 11 in Block 1 of S.C.Peasley's American Avenue Tract, in the City of Long Beach, County
<br />of Los Angeles, State of California as per map recorded in Book . Page 31 of Maps, in the
<br />office of the.County Recorder of said.County,at a valuation of $4,500.00.
<br />2. An unsecured promissory note, dated August 16th, 1932, made to the order of William Schulz,Jr.
<br />by L.A.BERG AiTD MRS. A.BERG, in the principal sum of $642.00, said note being due August 16th
<br />1933, bearing interest at the rate of 7% per a mum from August 16, 1933, at a valuation of
<br />$321.00.
<br />3. Promissory note dated September 3rd, 1935, made to the order of William Schulz Jr., by G.M.
<br />Berg, in the principal sum of $x,055.00, said note being due September 3rd, 1936, and bearing
<br />interest at 6% per annum at maturity of note, said note being unsecured. At a valuation of
<br />$1,055.00.
<br />4. Cash in the sum of $3,906.75

<br />Long Beach, County of Los Angeles, State of California, at a valuation of $4,000.00.
<br />2. An undivided one -half interest in promissory note dated September 11, 1934, made'to the
<br />order of William Schulz,Jr., by MURRAY WOLBACH, EDWIN J.WOLBACH and I.R.ALTER, in the prin-
<br />cipal sum of $5,000.00, with interest at the rate of 6% from September 11, 19351 payable
<br />semi- annually; said note being ue September 11, 1939, secured by mortgage recorded October
<br />10, 1934, in Book 70, Page 334, records of Hall County, Nebraska, covering:
<br />The Northwest quarter of Sec. 13, Twp. 11, Range 11, Hall County, Nebraska, at a valuation
<br />of $2,500.00
<br />3. Cash in the sum of Vt182.75
<br />4. An undivided one -ninth (1 /9th) interest in and to the property hereinafter described in
<br />paragraph H of this Decree.

<br />1. Lot 2 of the Scholobohn Tract No. 3, in the County ofILos Angeles, State of California, as
<br />per map recorded in Book S, Page 111 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said
<br />County, at a valuation of $2,500.00.
<br />2. An undivided one-half interest in promissory note dated August 30th, 1927, made to the order
<br />of William Schulz,Jr., by JOHN W.ROYSTON, in the principal sum of $8,000.00, with interest
<br />at the rate of 5% from September 1, 1927, payable semi - annually, original due date September
<br />1, 1932, extended to September, 1, 1937, and secured by a mortgage, dated August 30th, 1927
<br />recorded August 31st, 1927, in Book 123, Page 163, Records of Adams County, Nebraska, cover-
<br />ing: The East half of the Southwest quarter, and the West half of the Southeast quarter
<br />Section 9, Twp. 8, Range 11, Adams County, Nebraska. At a valuation of $3,500.00.
<br />3. Note dated August 28th, 1934, principal $1,000.00 due 3 years after date, interest 6%
<br />quarterly, made by May D.Goldie, secured by a Trust Deed with Peoples Escrow Corporation,
<br />At a valuation of $1,000.00.
