LBP -6010 <br />of ) ORDER AND DECREE SETTLING <br />WILLIAM SCHULZ,JR., etc. ) SECOND ACCOUNT CURRENT AND <br />Deceased. ) DIRECTING PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION <br />IDA SCHULZ, as Adrainistratrix of the above entitled estate, having, on the 9th day of June, 1937, <br />rendered and filed herein her Second Report and Acaunt Current of her administration of said estate, <br />covering the period beginning July 4th, 1936, to and including Dray 25th, 1937; and having rith <br />said account filed a petition for partial distribution of a portion of the estate of said deceased; <br />and said account and petition having cume on regularly to be heard in Department Long Beach B of <br />the above entitled Court on the 28th day of June, 1937, proof having been made to the satisfaction <br />of the Court; <br />THE COURT FINDS that notice of the settlement of said account and the hearing of said petition <br />has been regularly given in accordance with the provisions of Section 1200 of the Probate Code; <br />THE COURT F??RTHER FINDS that said account is in all respects true and correct, and. is supported <br />by proper vouchers; <br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that due and legal notice to the creditors of said estate has been given, <br />in the manner and for the time required by law; that more than six months have elapsed since the <br />first publication of said notice to the creditors of said decedent, and that more than six months <br />have elapsed since the appointment of said Administratrix; that a.11 claims and debts against said <br />decedent and against said estate, and all taxes on said estate accruing to date, and all taxes, <br />expenses and charges of administration accruing to date, with the exception of fees to said Ad- <br />ministratrix and her attorney, have bein fully paid and discharged; but that said estate is not <br />yet in a condition to be closed due to the fact that there are pending in the State of Nebraska <br />
