<br />Now on this 8th day of September, 19371 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Bayard H.Paine, administrator of the estate of Ella M.Paine, deceased, and was Oubmitted to the

<br />Court and evidence heard, on consideration whereof the Court finds that due and legal notice of the
<br />time and place of hearing on said final report has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate, as provided by law, Thereupon the Court being fully advised in the premises finds as
<br />follows:
<br />1. The final report of Bayard H.Paine, administrator of the estate of Ella M.Paine, deceased, is
<br />in all respects, just, true and correct.

<br />2. Due notice was given to creditors, no claims,,filed against the estate, and all persons were for-
<br />ever barred and precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of
<br />Ella M.Paine, deceased.
<br />3. The estate is not subject to any federal or state inheritance taxes.
<br />4. Ella M.Paine, deceased, was the fee owner at the time of her death of the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots nine (9) ald ten (10) in Block twenty -four (24) in Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />All of Block twenty -seven (27) in Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Fractional Lot six (6) in Block seventeen (17) in Rollin's Addition, and its compliment, being
<br />fractional Lot six (6) in Block one hundred eleven (111), in Railroad Addition, alT in the City
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots three (3) and four (4) in Block one hundred fourteen (114) in Railroad Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Easterly two - thirds (E2/3) of Lot seven (7) in Block sixty -six (66), in the Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The South half (SJ) of the Southwest quarter (SW4) of the Northwest quarter (NW`), and the South
<br />half (S2) of the Southeast quarter (SE4) of the Northwest quarter (NW*), all in Section two (2),
<br />Township eleven (11),Range nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said property descends and is assigned as hereinafter set forth.
<br />5. Said Ella M.Paine, deceased, died intestate on the 21st day of October, 1911, leaving at the
<br />time of her death as her sole and only heirs at law, the following:
<br />Ira T.Paine, her husband, more than 21 years of age, and
<br />Bayard H.Paine, her son, more than 21 years of age,
<br />as found by this Court on June 133, 1912, and this Court further finds that at the time of the death
<br />of said Ella M.Paine, the above described property descended to the said Ira T.Paine and Bayard H.
<br />Paine, share and share alike.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Bayard H.
<br />Paine, administrator of the estate of Ella M.Paine, deceased, be and the same is hereby in all
<br />things approved, confirmed and allowed; that the said Ella M.Paine died intestate on the 21st day
<br />of October, 1911, leaving surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law Ira T.Paine,her husband,
<br />and Bayard H.Paine, her son; that the title to the real estate owned by Ella M.Paine passed at the
<br />time of her death to her sole and only heirs at law, the said Ira T.Paine and Bayard H.Paine, share
<br />and share alike; and that the said Bayard H.Paine is hereby discharged from his trust as adminis-
<br />trator of the estate of Ella M.Paine, deceased, and the surety on his official bond is hereby re-
