1 <br />1 <br />No. 7 HALL COUNTY <br />given bond and qualified as such administrator in the County Court of Custer County, Nebraska, <br />appeared in person aryl the evidence having been submitted, and the proofs and allegations having <br />been heard, the court proceeds to make final :settlement of this estate, and in so doing finds from <br />the evidence as follows: <br />1. That the said Frances Wagner, died intestate on the 25th day of August, A.D. 1936, That -at the <br />time of her death she was a resident of Cook County, Illinois, owning real estate in Custer County. <br />That she left surviving her Harold Wagner, her husband, and Eugene Wagner, a minor son 11 years of <br />age both of wi:ose addresses are 4559 Rightwood Avenue, Chicago, Illinois as the sole and only heirs <br />at -law of said Frances Wagner, deceased. <br />2. That the notice of petition, notice to creditors and notice of final settlement have each been <br />given according to law and the orders of this court; that the time given for presentation of claims <br />haave long; since elapsed, that no claims have been filed. That all debts, claims and demands against <br />the estate have been fully settled and paid and that all claims, not filed, ar-e forever barred. <br />That there is no nersonal property in the State of Nebraska belonging to the said Frances Wagner, <br />deceased. <br />3. That the following described real estate belonged to the estate of the said Frances Wagner, <br />deceased, and came into the hands of the said Edwin F.Myers, Administrator, as shown by the Invent- <br />ory filed herein, the same being the real estate owned by the deceased at the time of her death <br />and located in Custer County and Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Fractional Lots One (1) and Two (2) of Block Fourteen (14) in Evans Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, in Hell County, State of Nebraska; and the East Half (Ek) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) <br />and the West Half (W1) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4), Section Twenty -one (21),Township Fourteen <br />(14),Range Seventeen (17), in Custer County, Nebraska. <br />4.
