<br />provided by law, of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said
<br />deceased; that the time for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims against said estate
<br />have been paid in full, including the attorney and administrators fee, $100.00, also $5.99 to the
<br />City Light Department not shown on Final Report, as has also the costs of administration of said
<br />estate and that all outstanding claims against said estate, not filed, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED ARID DECREED by the Court that all persons are forever barred

<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of said August Emil Jaeger,
<br />Deceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said August Emil Jaeger, departed this life on the 15th day of
<br />January, 1937, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, that he died intestate, that at the time of his
<br />death he was possessed of the following described Real Estate to -wit: Lot Four (4), Cottage Place
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, that he left surviving him as his
<br />sole heirs at law, Emma Gragert, Oberlin, Kansas, a sister, Ida Neuerburg, Red C1oud,N6braska, a
<br />sister, AugustaSheeser, Seattle, Washington, a sister, Robert Keller Adams Jr. also known as
<br />Robert K.Adams Jr. a nephew, the son of a deceased sister known as Caroline Adams Stiffler; that
<br />said heirs are entitled to an equal distribution of said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate is not subject to any inheritance tax un.er the laws of
<br />the State of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the heirs have transferred the Real Property belonging to this estate
<br />to Mrs. Mary Wenzl of Grand Island Nebrask'a.
<br />The Court further finds that there were reclepts from the sale of the Real Property of this estate
<br />rent income of said property, and other personal property of said estate in the sum of $926.6+
<br />and that there was disbursed the sum of "619.71 leaving a balance of $306,93, for distribution
<br />to t:I:e lawful heirs. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the sum of $306.93, be
<br />equally distributed amongst the above named heirs of the deceased, and the Administrator be dis-
<br />charged.
