<br />Nebraska,said real estate passed and descended on her death to Clara Schave,Frank Schave,Ewald
<br />Schave,and Theodore Kannow,her children,in fee simple. That Clara Schave,at the time of the filing
<br />of the petition was the owner of an estate of inheritance in said real estate and was a competent
<br />and proper person to prosecute this proceeding;that more than two years have elapse& since the
<br />death of said Lena Kannow; that no application has been made in the State of Nebraska for the
<br />appointment of an administrator for the estate of the deceased, either by her heirs or by persons
<br />claiming to be creditors of said deceased;that the funeral expenses and all debts of said deceased
<br />have been fully paid;that the costs of this proceeding in the sum $ have been paid ;and thft
<br />the estate of said deceased is not subject to federal or state inheritance taxes.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDER.ED,ADJUDGiED AND DECREED BY THE COURT,that all debts of said Lena Kannow,if any
<br />such exist,are forever barred and precluded and that the above described real estate be and the
<br />same is hereby set off and assigned at the death of Lena Kannow to her said children in fee simple;
<br />that Clara Schave is now the owner of said real estate by inheritance and mesne conveyances from
<br />the other children of said Lena Kannow;and that the estate of said Lena Kannow,deceased,is hereby
<br />forever settled and closed.

<br />Now on this 11th day of August 1937, this cause came on for hearing; on the Final Report of the
<br />Grand Island Trust Company, of Grand Island, Nebraska, Administrator of the estate of August
<br />Emil Jaeger, deceased, and it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file that notice has been
<br />-liven to the persons interested in the filing of said report as by law required, And it further
<br />appearing to the Court, after a full examination that the account exhibited by said administrator
<br />Is correct in all things, and ought to be approved and allowed and it further appearing that said
<br />Administrator has accounted for all of said estate which has come into its hands, it is, therefore,
<br />ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said Grand Island Trust Company, of Grand
<br />Island,Nebrasha, Administrator of the estate of August Emil Jaeger, Deceased, be and the same is
<br />approved as and for its Final Report.
