<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the final report of the said August
<br />J.Baumann, as administrator of said estate is hereby approved and allowed, and said estate is
<br />hereby settled and closed.
<br />It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the property of said deceased, to-
<br />wit: The East half of the Southeast qu�-_I.rter (E3- SE-1) of Section Twenty -six (26) Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend
<br />to the said 11.Jane Mahoney and Agnes D.Mahoney, in absolute title, share and share alike, each to
<br />be the oraner of an undivided half interest therein, and that distribution thereof is hereby accord-
<br />ingly made.
<br />It is further ordered by the court that the said administrator August J.Baumann be discharged, and
<br />his bond as such administrator be released, and said estate is forever closed and settled.

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Del E.Ryder of Grand Island, Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and disposing memory, but not unmindful of the uncertainties of human life, do hereby make,
<br />publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made,

<br />I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.

<br />The rest and residue of my estate of any and all natures whatsoever, both real and personal, and
<br />wheresoever situated, of which I may die possessed, I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my
<br />beloved wife, Mary Ryder, for the term of her natural life, provided, however, that she may sell,
<br />dispose of, mortgage, or otherwise lien any of said property, either real or personal, to the
<br />extent that the same may be necessary for her support.

<br />In the event my beloved wife, Mary Ryder, shall not survive me or in the event she shall survive
<br />me, at her death I give, devise and bequeath all of the property of which I may die possessed of
<br />apy and all natures whatsoever, both real and personal, and wheresoever situated, to my two be-
<br />loved children, Frank Ryder and Berdie Cady, both of Grand Island,Nebraska, to be their's absolutely
<br />in fee simple, share and share alike.
