<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN:

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LENA SANDER,
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />I, Lena Sander, of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory and considering the un-
<br />certainty of this mortal life, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament
<br />in words and figures following, to -wit:
<br />FIRST.
<br />is
<br />I direct that all of my just debts including the expenses of my last sickness, death and burial and
<br />the expense of probating my estate, be paid as soon as can conveniently be done after my death.
<br />SECOND.
<br />Unto my beloved son Gustav Sander and my beloved daughter Margaret Beach, I give, devise and bequeath
<br />all of my property, both real and personal, to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby nominate my beloved daughter, Margaret Beach as executrix of this my last will and testa-
<br />ment, and hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
