<br /> - DEED OF GUARDIAN -
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that whereas, the undersigned
<br /> is and at all times herein mentioned has been the duly appointed,
<br /> qual�ied and acting guardian of the estate of Hazel C. Kunze, an
<br /> incompetent, and whereas in a proceeding duly brought for that purpose
<br /> the undersigned was duly licensed by the Hon. Donald H. Weaver,
<br /> Judge of the District Court of Hall County, Nebr�a to sell the
<br /> undivided one-half interest of the incompetent in the following
<br /> described real estate, to-wit:
<br /> The V'desterly Sixty (60) Feet of Lot Seven (7) in
<br /> Block One Hundred Twenty-seven (127) in Koenig &
<br /> Wiebets Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska,
<br /> P.IvD WHEREAS, after filing the proper bond and oath and securing
<br /> the approval of said bond and giving proper notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale, the undersigned on the lOth day of July, 1963,
<br /> at the north door of the Court House, in Grand Island, Nebraska, on
<br /> the ground floor, commencing at 10:00 A.M. , the time and place
<br /> specified in said notice, duly held a sale ofsaid interest in real
<br /> estate and duly sold that undivided one-half interest therein to
<br /> Clayton F. Kunze for �2,500.00, which sale was thereafter duly
<br /> confirr�ed by the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> whereas said Court at the time of confirming said sale duly directed
<br /> th e undersigned on compliance by said Clayton F. Kunze with his
<br /> bid, to make, execute and deliver to said Clayton F. Kunze a deed
<br /> of conveyance of said real estate conveying all the interest of the
<br /> sai�i Hazel C. Kunze, an incompetent, in said real estate:
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
<br /> sum of �2,500.00 in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acicnowledgec
<br /> theundersigned hereby grants, bargains, sells, conveys and confirms
<br /> unto Clayton F. Kunze, all the right, title and inter�st of said
<br /> Hazel C. Kunze in said real estate.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned hereto affixs his hand
<br /> this � day of July, 1963 .

<br /> person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument as Grantor
<br /> and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and .
<br /> deed as said guardian for the purposes therein expressed.
