<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS , That in pursuance of an Order of
<br /> the Hon. Donald H. Weaver, Judge of the District Court of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, made on the 7th day of February, 1963, I was licensed by
<br /> said Judge to sell at public auction in the ma.nner provided by law,
<br /> the real estate hereinafter described; that tnereupon I give notice
<br /> of the time and place of said sale as required by law and at the time
<br /> and place therein specified, after said sale had been held open one
<br /> hour, I sold said real estate at public auction to HarrietJ.Osler, she
<br /> being the highest bidder therefor, that said sale was thereupon reported
<br /> to said Judge of the �istrict Court and by him in all things confirmed
<br /> and I was ordered to make a deed of said premises to said purchaser.
<br /> ZdOW, THEREFORE, I , Clarence Osler, Guardian of Clarence Claude
<br /> Usler, incompetent, in consideration of the premises and the surn of
<br /> Two 'lhousand and no/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars so bid and paid by Harriet J.
<br /> Osler and by virtue of the powers intrusted in me by said order and
<br /> proceedings do by these presents grant, sell and convey unto the said
<br /> Harriet Osler and unto her heirs and assigns, the real estate describeci
<br /> as follows , to-wit;
<br /> The East Twenty (20) feet of Lot Seven (7) and
<br /> all of Lot Eight (a) , in Block One (1} , in
<br /> Gideon's Addition to the Village of Doniphan,
