<br /> E. Denman , deceased, late of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska,
<br /> parties of the first part � and Vernon R. Rice of Hall County , State

<br /> duly appointed, qualified and acting executors of said Ed E . Denman ,

<br /> said premises , the real property aforesaid, with the heriditaments
<br /> and appurtenances thereof, unto the said party of the second part ,

<br /> undertake to and with the said party of the second part , his heirs
<br /> and assi�;ns , that they are lawfully the executors of the Last Will
<br /> and Testament of said Ed E._ Denman , and have power to convey as afare-
<br /> said , and have in all respects acted, in making this conve,yance , in
<br /> pursuance of the authority granted in and by the said Last Will and
<br /> Testament ; and that they have not made , done or suffered any act ,
<br /> matter or thing wh�tsoever, since they were- executors as aforesaid,

<br /> or may be impeached, charged or incumbered, in any manner whatsoever,
