M. ' <br /> � ' The meeting was called to order by the Vice-President; Mr. Kahrhoff. <br /> Roll`was called and the following members were pr�sents Mr. Kahrhoff; <br /> �; ` Mr. ;Phelps's Mr,: 'Nenger; Rev. Schroeder; Mr. Stull; Mrs. Vieregg <br /> and "Mr. Connell. Dr. Bosley arrived later and took over the Chair. <br /> Dr'. McGrath was the only absent member. <br /> * * � � � * * � � * � * * � * <br /> The Pre'sident directed that<bids for the purchase of the lot across the <br /> street from the Administration Building be opened. Only one bid had � <br /> � ;r been recsived, that being from Mr. R. W. Bass who bid as follows: <br /> (a) Lot and Building $].,675.00 <br /> (b): Lot only, cleared of building $1,800.00 <br /> (c) no bid <br /> A mOti:on was made by Mr. Kahrhoff' and seconded by �s. Vieregg that <br /> the offer of $1,675.00 for building and lot be accepted and the <br /> President `and Secretary be empowered to execute a deed to t,�r. R. W. <br /> Bass for Lot 1, Block 12, Original Town; a fractional being in Bioak <br /> 18 of H. G. Clark's Addition.
