<br /> Trustees of the First Christian Church, Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br /> Parties of the First Part, and DERYL S. HILLIS and ARELENE C. HILLIS,

<br /> Chrisitan Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, present at a meeting held
<br /> at its Church edifice at Third and Eddy Streets in Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, pursuant to notice duly read at three regular weekly
<br /> services of said Church prior thereto did unanimously adopt a
<br /> nesolution authorizing and directing the Trustees of the First
<br /> Christian Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, to execute and deliver
<br /> u warranty deed in proper form to Parties of the Second Part,
<br /> conveyin� to them as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br /> w�th ri�;ht of survivorship, for the sum of �30,000.00, the real
<br /> estate owned by the Church and described as Lot Four (t�) and the
<br /> ;^;est Twenty-nine (29) feet of Lot Three (3) , in Block One Hundred
<br /> E:��ht (10�) , Railroad l�ddition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska,
<br /> NOW TriEREFORE, we, the Parties of the First Part, being
<br /> the duly elected, qualified and acting Trustees of the First
<br /> �'r�ri.sitan Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, in consideration of the
<br /> Uremises, and the sum of Thirty Thousand & No�100 Dollars (�30,000.00)
<br /> tc us in hand paid by the said Deryl S. Hill�s and Arelene C. Hillis,
<br /> Paities of the Second Part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed
<br /> and acknowledged and by virtue of and in execution of the powers to
