�:. <br /> EXECUTOR' S DEED <br /> T`his Deed made this / �`. day of February, 1963, by and between <br /> Dolores Johnson, Executrix of the Last Will and Testament of Clarence <br /> E. Wiltse, deceased, late of said county and state hereinafter known <br /> as the SELLER and E. H. Skeen and Irene Skeen of Wood River, Ha11 <br /> County, Nebraska, hereinafter known as the BUYERS. <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> That the SELLER, the duly appointed and qualified and acting <br /> Executrix of the said estate of Clarence E. Wiltse, deceased, by <br /> and under the terms of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, <br /> which Will is recorded in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> and by virtue of the power and authority granted and conferred upon <br /> the said Executrix, under the said Will and in consideration of the <br /> sum of Four Hundred ($400,00) Dollars to her paid by the BUYERS the <br /> receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, <br /> bar.�ain �nd sell and convey and confirm unto the BUYERS, the said <br /> E. H. Skeen and Irene Skeen, husband and wife, as joint tenants <br /> with right of survivorship and to their heirs and assigns forever <br /> all of the following described real property, to-wit: <br /> Lots Nine, Ten and Eleven (9, 10 & 11) , Block One <br /> (1) , Dodd and Marshall` s Addition to the City <br /> I of Wood River, Hall County, N�braska, <br /> together with all of the appurtenances thereto belonging and also <br /> all of the estate, right, title and interest of any kind whatsoever, <br /> which the said Testator had in his lifetime, and at the time of his <br /> decease and which the SELLER, by virtue of the said Last Wi11 and <br /> Testament, or otherwise has in the above described real property. <br /> To have and to hold the above described real property and the <br /> appurtenances thereto unto the said E.
