� <br /> Documents or any other Subordinate Documents without the prior written conse��of�7�en�deUr; <br /> provided, however, Lender will not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to amendments to <br /> the Subordinate Documents requested by Borrower and Subordinating Creditor which do not <br /> increase the amount due thereunder or the timing of payments thereunder and do not otherwise in <br /> Lender's opinion further impair the ability of Bonower to resell or refinance the Property or repay <br /> the Obligations. <br /> 6. Default Notices. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in the Superior <br /> Documents,Lender and Borrower agree with Subordinating Creditor as follows (which agreements <br /> take precedence over other provisions of this Agreement or the Superior pocuments to the extent <br /> of any conflict): <br /> (a) Lender will send Subordinating Creditor a copy of any written notice of <br /> Default or Event of Default(each as defined in the Superior pocuments) sent to Borrower. In the <br /> event Borrower is not entitled to receive and is not sent such a written notice, Lender will <br /> nevertheless send Subordinating Creditor a written notice of any such Default or Event of Default <br /> prior to exercise of any remedy with respect thereto. <br /> (b) Subordinating Creditor shall have a right(but not the obligation) to cure any <br /> Default or Event of Default within the greater of(i)the cure period allowed Borrower pursuant to <br /> the Superior pocuments plus ten (10) days, or (ii) if the Default or Event of Default relates to a <br /> payment due Lender, a period of ten(10)days from the date of notice to Subordinating Creditor, or <br /> if the Default or Event of Default does not relate to a payment due Lender, a period of thirty (30) <br /> days from the date of notice to Subordinating Creditor, provided that if such Default or Event of <br /> Default cannot reasonably be cured within such thirty(30)days and Subordinating Creditor notifies <br /> 4922863 (� <br />
