<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that in pursuance of an
<br /> Order of the Honorable William F. Manasil, Judge of �the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 25th day of May,
<br /> 1962, I was licensed by said Judge to sell the f ollowing des-
<br /> cribed property:
<br /> Lot Eight ($} , Block Sixty-Eight (6$), Wheeler &
<br /> Bennettts Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> in the manner provided by law; that thereupon the heirs and
<br /> all the heirs at law were served by summons as by law provided,
<br /> and in addition, entered their voluntary appearance herein, waiv-
<br /> ing all notices; and I sold said real estate to Harry J.
<br /> Williams and Maude E. Williams, for the sum of Seventy-Four
<br /> Hundred Dollars (�7400.00), they being the highest bidder
<br /> therefor. That said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge
<br /> of the District Court and by him in all things confirmed, and
<br /> I was ordered to make a Deed of said premises to said purchasers
<br /> on the 3rd day of October , 1962.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, John F. McCarthy, Administrator of
<br /> the Estate of Niary Adams, also known as Mary T. Adams, deceased,
<br /> in consideration of the premises and the sum of Seventy-Four
<br /> Hundred Dollars (�7400.00) , so bid and paid by Harry J. Williams
<br /> and Niaude E. Williams, and by virtue of the powers entrusted in
<br /> me by said Order and proceedings, do by these presents grant,
<br /> se1Z, and convey unto the said Harry J. Williams and Maude E.
<br /> �dilliams, and unto their heirs and assi�ns, the real estate
<br /> described as follows, to-wit :
<br /> Lot Eight ($) , Block Sixty-Eight (6$), Wheeler &
<br /> Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Tsland,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska;
<br /> with al1 the appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and
<br /> to hold the sarne unto them, the said Harry J. Williams and
<br /> i��aude E. Williams, and to their heirs and assigns forever.
