<br /> Know a11 men by these presents that:

<br /> Whereas, in an action of partition pending in the District
<br /> Court of Hall County, wher� Angella Stauss �ras plaintif�, and
<br /> Edward J. Goodwin and Edna Goodwin, Husband and Wife; Edward
<br /> J. Goodwin and Edna Goodwin; �'lorence Leschinskp and Arnold
<br /> Leschinsky; Lola Patrzeba and Ed Patrzeba; Dorothy Zlonke and
<br /> Dean Zlonke; Albert Goodwin and Bonnie Goodwin; Christie Wieck
<br /> and John Wieck; Floyd Goodwin; and Lloyd Goodwin; were de-
<br /> fendants for the partition of the premises hereinafter described,
<br /> the undersigned Referee, appointed by said Court to make par-
<br /> tition of said real estate, made report in writing, duly signed,
<br /> setting forth that partition of said lands could not be made
<br /> without great pre�udice to the owners thereof, which report
<br /> was duly examined by said Court, and said Court being satis-
<br /> fied therewith confirmed the same, and thereupon made an Order
<br /> and caused the same to be entered, directing me as said Referee
<br /> to sell said premises on the following terms, to-wit: 15�
<br /> on the date of sale and the balance to be paid upon the delivery
<br /> of a Warranty Deed and an abstract showing a merchantable title,
<br /> possession to be given on or before the 28th daq of February, �

<br /> (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, '�

<br /> for sale at public auction, and sold the same to Floyd Goodwin
<br /> and Lloyd Goodwin, for the sum of Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred
<br /> Forty Dollars (�15,$I�0.00) they being the highest bidder therefo� i �
<br /> And afterwards, on the Io� day of �'�pr�Ma��,, 1962, said
<br /> Court approved and confirmed said sale, and bq an Order directed
<br /> me as said Referee to execute to said Floyd Goodwin and Lloyd
<br /> Goadwin, a Deed conveying said lands to them in fee simple.
<br /> Now, therefore I, John F. McCarthp, Referee, in considera-
<br /> tion of the premises and the sum of Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred
<br /> Forty Dollars (�15,$t�0.00), so bid and paid by said Floyd Goodwin
<br /> and Lloyd Goodwin, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by
<br /> law, do by these presents grant, sell, and convep unto the said
<br /> Floyd Goodwin and Lloyd Goodwin, and to their heirs and assigns
<br /> the real estate described as follows:
