<br /> ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
<br /> That, in pursuance of an order of the Honorable, Donald H. Weaver, Judge
<br /> of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 31st day of August, 1962,
<br /> I was licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction, in the manner provided by the
<br /> law, the real es'tate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave notice of the time and
<br /> place of said sale, as required by law, and at the time and place therein specified, after
<br /> said sale had been held open one hour, sold said real estate at public auction to Ann M.
<br /> Morris, of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, for the sum of FOUR THOUSAND
<br /> THREE HUNDRED FIFTY AND No/100 ($4, 350. 00), she being the highest bidder therefor;
<br /> that said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of the District Court, and by him in
<br /> �
<br /> all things confirmed, and I was ordered to make a deed of conveyance of said premises
<br /> to said purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Elmer Snyder, Administrator of the estate of Li11ie B.
<br /> Liebhart, deceased, in consideration of the premises and the sum of FOUR THOUSAND
<br /> THREE HUNDRED FIFTY AND No/100 ($4, 350, 00) so bid and paid by said Ann. M. Morris,
<br /> and by virtue of the powers vested in me by said order and proceedings, do by these
<br /> presents grant, sell, and convey unto the said Ann M. Morris, and to her heirs and
<br /> assigns, the real estate described as follows:
<br /> South Fifty-two (52) feet of Lot Eight (8) Block Three (3)
<br /> Nagy's Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, having a
<br /> frontage of Sixty-six (66) feet on Sixth Street and Fifty-
<br /> two (52) feet on Vine Street
<br /> with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper-
<br /> taining, to have and to hold the same to her, the said Ann M. Morris, and to her heirs
<br /> and assigns, forever.
<br /> In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 5th day of October, 1962.
