<br />ZILLER AND JULANN K. ZILLER, husband and wife to TICOR TITLE INSURANCE
<br />COMPANY, Trustee for the benefit of JEANNICE R PLATE the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated April l, 2000, recorded Apri124, 2000 in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office as
<br />Document No. 200003292 and Assigned to PLATE ENTERPRISES, LLC by Assignment
<br />filed January 16, 2004 as Document No. 200400480 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, TI-�REFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
