<br /> ` KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in pursuance of
<br /> an Order of the Honorable William F. Nanasil, Judge of the
<br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 25th
<br /> day of �%Iay, 1962, I was licensed by said Judge to sell at
<br /> public auction in the manner provided by law, the real estate
<br /> hereinafter dzscribed.
<br /> That thereupori, I gave notice of the time and pla.ce of
<br /> said saJ_e as required by law and at the time and place
<br /> therein specified after said sale ha� been held open for
<br /> one hour, I �sold said real estate at public auction to William
<br /> C . Fere;uson, he being the highest bidder therefor.
<br /> �rhat said sale ��ras thereupon reported to said Judge of
<br /> th� District Court and by him in all thin�s confirmed, and
<br /> I was orderec� to make a deed of said premises to said purchaser.

<br /> persor. of Ethel C . Vau�han, Incompetent, in consideration

<br /> so bid and paid by William C. Ferguson, by virtue of the powers
<br /> entrusted in me by said order and proceedings, do by these
<br /> presents grant, bargain, and convey unto the said William C.
