<br /> ' Hattie E. La�y, a widow, herein called the Grantor,"in consideration of
<br /> love and affection does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br /> her son, Donald D, I.ac�y, a single person,. hereinafter called the Grantee, the
<br /> following described real property in Ha11 Connty, Nebraska:
<br /> Parts of Lots Two, Three and Four (Z, 3,4) in Section Twenty-eight (28),
<br /> Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. in
<br /> Hall Gounty, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows;
<br /> Commencing at the northwest corner of said Section 28, being the north-
<br /> west corner of Lot 4 above described, and sunning thence south 503 feet
<br /> to a point on the west line of said Section 28, thence east parallel with
<br /> the north line of said Section 28�, 931 feet, thence north parallel with the
<br /> west line of said Section 28 to the north line of said Section, thence west
<br /> along said line to the point of beginning, also, beginning at a point on the

<br /> (1/3) of the rents, issues and profits thereof, which the grantor does hereby reserve
<br /> to. herself for and during her natural life.
<br /> And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with the grantee's
<br /> heirs and assigns that the grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they are
<br /> free from encumbrance; that grantor has good right'and lawful authority to convey
