<br /> Herbert F. NTayer, Jr. , Administrator c.t.a. of the Estate of Henry J.

<br /> Grand Island, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, party of the

<br /> WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part, the duly ap-
<br /> pointed, qualified and acting Executor and Administra�or c.t.a. of said
<br /> Henry J . Koester, Deceased, under his Last �Vill and Testament, which is

<br /> by virtue of the power and authority granted and conferred upon them
