<br /> WIT�JESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the

<br /> to them paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have remised, released
<br /> and auit-claimed, and by these presents do for themselves, their heirs, executors,

<br /> road Company; thence r'unning northwesterly on the

<br /> herein conveyed shall be used for street purposes
