<br />HALL COUNTY )es that I have compared the foregoing copy of Last Will and Testament,
<br />Certificate of Probate thereof and Final Decree IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF LOUIS BERGER,
<br />DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct
<br />transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record
<br />having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign
<br />certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records
<br />and mother preceded him in death.

<br />That said deceased departed this life the owner of an estate consisting of both real and personal

<br />Executor, together with the said real estate hereinbefore described did descend to Joan Berger,
<br />Rudolph Berger and Theresa Berger,Kreisinger, share and share alike, as provided by the terms of
<br />Register of Deeds
<br />said will, and distribution thereof in said preprotions should be confirmed.

<br />That said estate has been appraised as provided by law and found to bd exempt from the payment of
<br />any inheritance tax either under the Laws of the State of Nebraska or the laws of the United State,
<br />of America, and descends to said devisees free and clear of any tax whatsoever.
<br />That the final report filed herein should be approved and allowed as and for said Executor's final
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF
<br />report, said estate settled and closed, and said Executor and his bondsmen discharged and released
<br />from any further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report filed herein
<br />by said Executor be, and the same is hereby in all things, approved and allowed as and for his
<br />final report; that all persons having trims against said estate nbt filed within the time allowed
<br />by the Court iling claims against said estate be, and they are hereby barred, excluded and foreve
<br />enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate; and that the personal
<br />property remaining in the hands of said Executor and the real estate be, and the same is hereby
<br />distributed in accordance with the terms of said will and the findings of this Court; and that sal
<br />Executor and his bondsmen be released and discharged from any further liability herein.
