That on the 18th day of September 1934, <br />5 <br />Isaid instrument to which this cep °tificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the <br />P <br />P <br />!last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Louis Berger, deceased, and the <br />;same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IIN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 18th <br />i <br />jday of September 1934. <br />(SEAL) <br />Paul N.Kirk County Judge <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />OF ) FINAL DECREE. <br />LOUIS BERGER, DECEASED. ) <br />NOW on this 21st'.day of May, 1935, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report filed here <br />by John Berger, Executor of the Estate of Louis Berger, deceased, together with his petition for t: <br />approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein, and th <br />Court having examined the files and records herein, including said final report and vouchers attac: <br />thereto, heard the evidence in support thereof, and being fully advised in the premises, finds as <br />follows, to -wit: <br />That on the 21st day of August, 1934, said John Berger filed his petition herein alleging that the <br />said Louis Berger departed this life a resident of said County on the 16th day of August, 1934, <br />leaving an instrument purporting to be his last will and testament, which instrument was being <br />offered for probate as the last will and testament of said deceased; that thereafter on the 19th <br />day of September, after due and legal notice as provided by law, a hearing was had before this <br />Court and said instrument was found to be the last will and testament of said deceased and duly <br />admitted to probate in this Court as such; and that immediately thereafter on the same day, said <br />John Berger named in said will as Executor, filed his bond as provided by law, and upon taking the <br />oath, received Letters Testamentary from this Court. <br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of the <br />time and place for filing same, and that period having fully expired, all persons having claims no <br />filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred and exclu <br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate. <br />That said deceased departed this life leaving as his heirs at law, only heirs at law, devisees, <br />legatees and persons entitled to share in his estate the following named persons, to -wit: <br />John Berger, a brother of Bellwood, Nebraska, <br />Rudolph Berger, a brother, of Sunnyvale, California; and <br />Theresa Berger Kreisinger, a sister of Spaulding, Nebraska. <br />That said deceased was never married and was single vat the time of his death, and that his fathez <br />e <br />N <br />
