That due and legal notice of this hearing was had by publication according to law. <br />2. That said Ella L.Miller departed this life testate in said county on the 8th day of May,1929. <br />3. That on the 22nd day of May, 1929, a paper writing purporting to be the last will and testamen <br />of said Ella L. Miller, deceased, together with a petition praying for the probate of the same, <br />was duly filed in this Court. <br />4.
