<br />1IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT:
<br />That William A.Julian died intestate a resident of Adams County, Nebraska, on the 23rd day of
<br />January, 1929, and that his sole and only heirs should be and are hereby decreed to be his wife
<br />Grace Julian and his daughter arid only child Marie Clearman.
<br />That A.A.Mitchelmore as administrator of the estate of William A.Julian, deceased, should be and
<br />he is hereby authorized and instructed to execute and deliver a release of the mortgage given by
<br />F.A.Tuffs and Mertie Tuffs, dated August 13, 1937, and filed for record and recorded on said date
<br />in Book 63 on page 494 of the real estate mortgage records in the office of the county court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and to do and perform each and everything necessary and proper to show a
<br />full, complete and proper release of said mortgage upon the real estate-mortgage records of said
<br />county.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA

<br />John W.Miller, Deceased. )
<br />This cause came on for hearing upon the final report of Forest W.Miller, administrator.
<br />The Court finds that John W.Miller died on the 12th day of April, 1933, that he was a resident
<br />inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and was possessed of both real and personal property.
<br />i The Court finds that on April 15, 1933, a petition was filed for letters of administration, that
<br />due and legal notice thereof was given, and on the 9th day of Delay, 1933, letters of administrati
<br />were granted to Forest W.Miller, and he qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was given for filing claims herein.
<br />The Court further finds that no claims were filed, and that the time for filing same has expired.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against the estate of John W.
<br />Miller, deceased, not filed herein, are forever barred.
<br />The Court further finds that although no claim for funeral expenses was filed, that such funeral
<br />expenses have been paid.
<br />The Court further finds that said John W. Miller died seized of the following described real estat
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block One (1) Boggs & Hill's Addition to the city of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The east half of the northeast quarter of Section Fourteen (14)pin Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.D., in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Lot Thirty -nine (39) in Row Six (6) in Second Addition to Cameron Cemetery, on the southeast quart
<br />of Section 22, Township 11, Range 12, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said final report is true and correct, and ought to be allowed as and
