<br />Now onthis 25 day-of May, 1937, this cause came on for hearing b Pore the Court upon the final
<br />account of Huldah Appelt, Administratrix of the said estate, and her petition for distribution of
<br />the remaining property belonging to said estate. Thereupon evid nee was duly introduced and the
<br />Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds that the said iinal account is true and correct
<br />in all respects and should be allowed. That there is on hands the sum of $242.10 in cash and that
<br />the said Administratrix has performed extraordinary services whi h were necessary and.that her
<br />prayer for an allowance of fees as such Administratrix should be allowed in the said sum of $242.11
<br />The Court further finds that all proceedings have been had in co nection with said estate for the
<br />filing and allowance of claims and that a time-and place for fil ng claims has been duly fixed by
<br />order of court, and notice thereof given to all persons interest (d in said estate, as provided by
<br />law'. That the said time has expired and all claims, debts and d (mands duly filed and allowed have
<br />been paid and all other debts, claims and-demands of every kind End character should be, and hereb;
<br />are, forever barred and foreclosed. That the said estate is not subject to the payment of inheri-
<br />tance tax.
<br />That there remains on hands belonging to said estate the follows
<br />The East Half of Lot 1, Block 1, West Ord Addition to Ord, Valle
<br />An undivided three - fourths interest in the Northeast quarter of
<br />Range 11, best 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that George Court departed this life on
<br />resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he left as his sole
<br />persons:
<br />Smo,Court, a minor niece, of Styal, Alberta, Canada,
<br />George McClellan Court, a minor nephew, of Styal, Alberta, Canada
<br />Marjorie Ellen Court, a minor niece, of Styal, Alberta, Canada,
<br />Chester Melvine Court, a minor nephew, of Styal, Alberta Canada,
<br />and that the foregoing nephews and nieces of the said George Coux
<br />Andrew Court, a deceased brother of the said George Court.
<br />Vina Court, a sister of George Court, of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Carlino Appelt, a nephew,of Garfield County, Nebraska.
<br />being the sole surviving child of Mary Appelt, a deceased sister
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED AND DECREED by the Court that the said
<br />approved and allowed and the said-Administratrix discharged from
<br />hereinbefore described be, and the same is hereby assigned and
<br />in the following proportions:
<br />Imo Court, an undivided one - twelfth interest,
<br />George McClellan Court, an undivided one - twelfth interest
<br />Marjorie Ellen Court, an undivided one - twelfth interest
<br />Chester Melvine Court, an undivided one - twelfth interest
<br />Vi na Court, an undivided one -third interest
<br />Carlino Appelt, an undivided one -third interest
<br />Huldah Appelt thereupon duly excepted to the foregoing finding
<br />adjudicates that she is not an, heir at law of the said
