<br />!Rembolt, Executor of the Estate of Josephine Rembolt, deceased, be, and the same hereby is, in all
<br />things approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor and said estate is hereby
<br />settled and closed and said Executor discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against said
<br />!estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined, and excluded from setting lap or assert
<br />any such claim against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions of th
<br />last Will and Testament of said Josephine Rembolt, deceased, all of the real estate hereinabove
<br />described, and of which the deceased died seized, passed and descended to John Rembolt, Fred C.
<br />lRembolt, Guttlieb A.Rembolt, Will G.Rerilbolt, Otto H.Rembolt, Albert Rembolt, Theodore H.Rembolt,
<br />FEmma H.Frei, Bertha A.Zamzow, Lydie Zamzow, and Anna J.Retzlaff, by absolute title share and share
<br />alike, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTIMENT OF:
<br />Winnifred Hoes.
<br />I. Winnifred Hoes of the County of Hall and the State Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following,
<br />that is to say;
<br />(lst) I direct that my funeral charges, the expence-of my last sickness, the expense of administer
<br />my estate and all my debts be paid out of my personal property. In cast is is insuficent then I
<br />direct my executor hereinafter named to sell so mutch of my estate as may be necessary for that
<br />purpose.
<br />(2ond) I give and bequeath to my Brother George A.Hoes, all of my personal and Real Estate to hav
<br />and to hold his hatural life time, to sell, barter or trade as he may elect.
<br />t3rd) I hereby make provision, that should there be any of my Personal, or Realestate remaining a
<br />his death, then and in that cast I bequeath the residue; share and sare alike to each of my Broth
<br />and Sisters: Elizabeth I.Dudey, Annie L.Miller, Bessie M.Coleman, James W.Hoes, and Bertha D.Cord
<br />or their heirs ard assigns to have and to hold for ever.
<br />(4th) I hereby appoint my Brother George A.Hoes Executor of this my last will and testiment with
<br />Bond, hereby revoking all former wills by me made, in witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed
<br />name this, the 14 day of April A.D., 1923-
