That on the 13th day of February 1936, said instr <br />inent to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will <br />and testament of the real and personal estate of said Wilhelm Paustian, deceased, and the same was <br />Bordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 13th <br />day of February, 1936. <br />Paul N.Kirk <br />(SEAL) County Judge <br />MALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA F I L E D FEB 13 1936 PAUL N.KIRK, COUNTY JUDGE <br />IN THE 0,4499A= COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />In the matter of,the estate ) <br />of ) FINAL DECREE. <br />Wilhelm Paustian, Deceased. ) <br />this cause came on for hearing this 8th day of June, 1937, upon the final account and petition for <br />!discharge of Maria Paustian, executrix, <br />The Court finds that Wilhelm Paustian died, testate,, on the 4th day of January, 1936; that he left <br />purviving him, as his sole and only heirs at law, Maria Paustian, his widow, Johanna Dakota and <br />gredchen Andersen, daughters, all of legal age; that on the 8th day of January, 1936, a petition wa <br />tiled herein for the probate of his last will and testament, that due and legal notice was given of <br />jhe time and place for hearing said petition, and that on the 13th day of February, 1936, said last <br />Ill and testament was admitted to probate, and letters testamentary issued to Maria Paustian, exec4- <br />rix, and who thereupon filed her bond and qualified as such. <br />Court further finds that due and legal notice was given to all creditors, and that all claims <br />Piled against said estate have been paid, that there was no Federal or State inheritance tax. <br />chat according to the terms of the last will and testament of said deceased, all of his property <br />vas bequeathed and devised to Maria Paustian, widow of said Wilhelm Paustian, deceased, for life, <br />with power to sell. <br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized the owner in fee simple of the following r <br />estate: Lot Four (4) in Block Six (6) in Windolph's 4ddition to the city of Grand Island, Hall C <br />Nebraska. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against said estate, <br />and not filed, are forever barred. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED BY TIME COURT that said Executor transfer and assign to Maria Paustian all the <br />property belonging to said estate and to execute any and all papers necessary for making such trane <br />fern: <br />'IT IS Fi.1RTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate described as follows; <br />Lot 4 in Block 6 in Windolph's Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska, was <br />devised, under said last will and testament of Wilhelm Paustian, deceased, as follows: <br />"I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Maria Paustian, in the event she survives me, all <br />of the property both real and personal, of which I shall die the owner with full right, power and <br />authority to sell and convey any real estate of which I shall die the owner and any of the property <br />ej ueathed to my said wife which may be in existence at the time of her death, I give, devise and <br />bequeath to my daughters, Johanna Dakota and Gredchen Andersen" <br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account of Mar <br />ty <br />V <br />
