<br />of said Ellen Brooks, deceased, be allowed three months from and after the 4th day of August,1936,
<br />in which to file their claims with proof thereof, in the office of the County Judge of Hall Coun
<br />Nebraska, for examination and allowance, and that all claims outsta ;ding against the estate of sa
<br />deceased, not so filed within the time therein limited, should be forever barred, and the Court fu�-
<br />ther ordered that a hearing on the claims filed against this estate be had in said office on the
<br />4th day of November, 1936, at 5� o'clock A.M. and that notice of the time allowed and place appointed
<br />for filing claims against this estate and of the time fixed for filing claims against this estate
<br />be given to all persons interested by publication of such notice for three successive weeks in the
<br />Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper circulated and published in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />9. The Court further finds from the files that such notice was duly given and proof of such notice
<br />Is now on file in this estate.
<br />110. The Court further finds that on the 30th day of July, 1936, the said Rea Roach, as executrix,
<br />filed in Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said inventory,
<br />:the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />?Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Forty -two (142) in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addit]
<br />to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />11. The Court further finds that according to said last will and testament of said Ellen Brooks,
<br />;deceased, the hereinbefore described real estate, to -wit: Lot Four in Block One Hundred Forty -twc
<br />of Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebra.sk
<br />`was devised and descended as follows: to Rea Roach for and during the term of her natural life, sh
<br />'to keep all taxes and assessments paid on said premises and keep them in as good repair as they we
<br />lat the time of the decease of said testatrix, with power in said Rea Roach to sell said real estat
<br />!upon such terms as to her may seem just and equitable, the proceeds of such sale to be divided amo
<br />Ithe children of said testatrix and their respective heirs forever, as follows: To Rea Roach one-
<br />third, to Elizabeth Peters one - third, to Grace Raisbeck one - eighteenth, to Edward Brooks one -eight
<br />?eenth, to Mabel Sagasser one - eighteenth, to Hattie Schlitz one- eighteenth, and to Florence Soysste
<br />lone- eighteenth; in the event that said Rea Roach should die without having sold said premises, the

<br />1said real estate is devised as follows: An undivided two- thirds (2/3) interest to said Elizabeth
<br />!Peters and an undivided one - eighteenth (1 /18) interest therein to each of the following: Grace
<br />'Raisbeck, Lena Hansen, Edward Brooks, Mabel Sagasser, Hattie Schlitz, and Florence Soyester, and
<br />to their respective heirs forever.
<br />12. The Court further finds that the time for filing claims against this estate has terminated
<br />that all claims filed against said estate and allowed, have been fully paid by said executrix,
<br />hall debts and claims against said estate and the costs of probate in said estate have been paid a
<br />!that there remains money in the hands of said executrix in the sum of $5.51 which will be require
<br />of her to be used for the recording of a certified copy of this final decree in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />13. The Court further finds that this estate is subject to the payment of no inheritance tax what-
<br />soever to the State of Nebraska nor the United States of America.
<br />14. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the executr
<br />Rea Roach, in said estate be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; further that any
<br />unpaid claims against the deceased, if such there-be, are forever barred and all persons enjoined
<br />from filing such claims against this estate; further that the real estate hereinbefore described
<br />as Lot Four in-Block One Hundred-Forty-Two of the Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, was devised and did pass and descend according
<br />to said last will and testament of said Ellen Brooks, deceased, as hereinbefore set forth in para-
<br />graph 11; further that this estate be closed and that the executrix be discharged and her bond re-
<br />leased from further liability.
