<br />IMy personal property will be sufficient to pay my debts, expenses of last illness and burial ex-
<br />penses and any of that personal property which might be left over shall be divided among my childr n
<br />as they see fit.
<br />I own Lot 4 in Block 142 of Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and I hereby give and devise to my said daughter Rea Roach, the use of said prem
<br />ises for and during the term of her natural life. It.-however, shall be her duty to keep all taxe
<br />and assessments paid on said premises and keep them in as good repair as they are at the time of m
<br />decease.-
<br />I further provide that if, for any reason satisfactory to my.daughter Rea, she may wish to discon-
<br />tinue the use of said premises and decide to sell the same, I hereby give her the power to sell said
<br />house and lot upon such terms as to her may seem just and equitable but from the net proceeds of
<br />such sale, I hereby give to my said daughter Rea a one -third part and to my daughter Elizabeth pet rs
<br />a one -third part and a one - eighteenth part to each of my remaining children, that is to say to Grac
<br />Raisbeck, Lena Hansen, Edward Brooks, Mabel Sagasser, Hattie Schlitz and Florence Soysster, and to
<br />their respective heirs forever.
<br />I further provide that in the event that my said daughter Rea should die before said premises are
<br />sold, that said premises then shall go as follows: I give my daughter Elizabeth Peters an undividec
<br />two thirds interest in said premises and an undivided one - eighteenth interest therein to each of m�
<br />remaining children, Grace Raisbeck, Lena Hansen, Edward Brooks, Mabel Sagasser, Hattie Schlitz and
<br />Florence Soysster, and to their respective heirs forever.

<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />11th day of June, 1936, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Ellen Brook
<br />deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 7th day of July, 1936, said instrument
<br />to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed as the last will and
<br />testament of the real and personal estate of said Ellen Brooks,deceased, and the same was ordered
<br />to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court this 7th
<br />day of July, 1936.

<br />7. This Court thereupon fixed the bond of said Rea Roach as executrix in the sum of $300.00, which
<br />bond was filed and duly approved, by this Court and after having taken the oath of office, said Re
